In Sanskrit, "bhujanga" signifies snake or snake
and "asana" signifies posture; thus the English, cobra posture. This
animating backbend was named such in light of the fact that Bhujangasana
reflects the stance of a cobra that has its hood raised.
Bhujangasana is simple but difficult to learn.
Rests on your tummy and spot your face in such a way, that your jaw contacts
the ground. Spot your hands near your body with your palms contacting the
ground. Keep your legs straight and press your palms solidly against the floor.
As you breathe in, rectify your arms and lift up your chest, following your
upper back. Keep your hips steady and stay in this situation for 15-20 seconds
